located at 1209 Woodrow Ave. Ste. B-10 in Modesto.
Staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners, the office
provides services ranging from family practice and pediatrics,
to women's services, well child care, pregnancy care,
gynecology, family
planning, a southeast Asian clinic and the SHADE Teen Clinic.
This office is the site of our high risk obstetrical clinic.

The Paradise Medical Office is
located at 401 Paradise Road in the Save Mart Shopping Center
plaza.
Staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners, the office
provide services ranging from family practice and pediatrics,
to women's services, well child care immunizations, pregnancy
care and education and family planning. The Paradise
Medical Office is also home to the SHADE Teen Clinic which
features family planning services for teens provided by teens.
The Paradise Medical Office is also the primary teaching
location for the Stanislaus Family Medicine Residency
Program, an affiliation of UC Davis Medical School and in
coordination with Doctors Medical Center. |
