Tobacco Education Program[TEP]
 

The Tobacco Education Program is a resource to the community for any tobacco related information. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Help to stop smoking
  • Tobacco law information
  • Informational brochures
  • Workplace smoking violations
  • Tobacco education
  • Tobacco policy development

The overall goal of this program is to reduce and prevent tobacco use through efforts such as reducing exposure to secondhand smoke and increasing the number of smoke-free public areas, countering pro-tobacco influences in the community, reducing youth access to tobacco products, and promoting the availability of cessation services.

Target Population: All Stanislaus County residents, businesses, and community organizations.
